Emerson is seeking a Financial Analyst for the FCV AP role in Pune, India. This hybrid position focuses on timely and accurate financial reporting, variance analysis, and process improvement using tools like Oracle, Hyperion, and Power BI. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A.

Ansvarsområden

  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financials for monthly, quarterly closes.
  • Meet reporting deadlines and explain variations and key drivers.
  • Perform flash reporting of orders & sales by country/sites, Business Activity etc.
  • Prepare management reports and provide comprehensive variance analysis.
  • Prepare, review, and consolidate different management reports from Hyperion, Oracle, BI.
  • Work on initiatives to improve processes and efficiency, especially creating Power BI or Dashboards.
  • Contribute team playing, creative thinking and solutions to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Initiate Process improvements to create efficiency.
  • Produce ad hoc reports and analysis as requested.
  • Drive continuous process improvement culture within the group.

Krav

  • Finance Professional with minimum 3 years of work experience in FP&A Domain.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools.
  • Analytical thinking ability and good team player.
  • Self-starter, suggesting and implementing improvements to the processes.
  • Balance stakeholder, Situational adaptability, Action and Result Oriented.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • MBA in Finance.
  • Good understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • System knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management.
  • Power BI or related presentation tools.
