Ansvarsområden
- Identify and assess project financial and operational risks, developing mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, monitor spending, and conduct performance reviews.
- Prepare comprehensive project financial reports and escalate critical issues.
- Lead yearly product cost planning, calculate OH/labor rates, and update full cost models.
- Review and validate product standard costs, track changes, and ensure cost accuracy.
- Recommend and implement cost reduction strategies and value engineering initiatives.
- Monitor and control supplier costs and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain accurate product cost records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare regular product cost reports and variance analysis.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in production cost control and/or project financial management.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, cost accounting, and risk management.
- Proficiency in Excel, financial software, and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
- Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or similar credential is a plus.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems.
- Experience with project management software.
