Alfa Laval is seeking a Financial Analyst in Pune to support finance and controlling activities including reporting, analysis, reconciliations, and budgeting. The role requires strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, attention to detail, and experience in a manufacturing or ERP environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support day-to-day finance, controlling, and reporting activities
  • Assist in preparation of reports, reconciliations, and variance analysis
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/periodic closing processes
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data, documentation, and compliance with defined processes
  • Coordinate with business and finance stakeholders on routine operational requirements
  • Support system, reporting, and process improvement initiatives as required

Krav

  • Basic understanding of finance, controlling, and reporting processes
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel and financial data handling
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, PowerBI or similar analytical tools
  • Attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a structured and deadline-driven environment
  • Willingness to learn new systems and support process improvements

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Finance Qualification - CA / CA Inter/ CMA / ACCA
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in finance, controlling, reporting, or accounting support roles
  • Experience in Manufacturing industry
  • Experience in operations controlling preferred
  • Experience in an ERP-based environment and exposure to reporting / reconciliation activities preferred
