I korthet

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support finance and controlling activities in Pune. This role involves reporting, analysis, reconciliations, budgeting, and process coordination, requiring strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a finance qualification (CA/CMA/ACCA) and 6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support day-to-day finance, controlling, and reporting activities.
  • Assist in preparation of reports, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/periodic closing processes.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data, documentation, and compliance with defined processes.
  • Coordinate with business and finance stakeholders on routine operational requirements.
  • Support system, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Krav

  • Basic understanding of finance, controlling, and reporting processes.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel and financial data handling.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, PowerBI or similar analytical tools.
  • Attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured and deadline-driven environment.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and support process improvements.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Finance Qualification - CA / CA Inter/ CMA / ACCA.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in finance, controlling, reporting, or accounting support roles.
  • Experience in Manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in operations controlling preferred.
  • Experience in an ERP-based environment and exposure to reporting/reconciliation activities preferred.
