Emerson is looking for a Finance Supervisor in Novi, MI, for their Branson Ultrasonic business. This hybrid role involves supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial closing, and strategic business analysis, along with managing internal controls and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage planning and reporting for budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes.
  • Prepare analyses of comparative results to budget, forecast, and prior periods.
  • Analyze current and past trends in key financial performance indicators.
  • Manage and maintain internal controls over financial reporting.
  • Prepare presentation materials for management reviews.
  • Build collaborative relationships with Global Financial Services (GFS) pillars.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Outstanding organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative demeanor with a track record of partnering across functions.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 5+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • CPA qualification / MBA.
  • Experience with Oracle and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is a plus.
