Ansvarsområden
- Oversee Finance service delivery across internal operations and outsourced partners, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
- Monitor operational performance, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
- Act as the key link between Finance Service Managers, operational teams, markets, and outsourced service providers.
- Lead vendor governance activities, including service reviews and performance management.
- Drive issue resolution and root cause analysis.
- Implement solutions to improve service quality, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement opportunities to simplify processes and increase automation.
- Lead and develop Team Leaders and Finance Experts.
- Ensure Finance services are delivered with a focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and stakeholder experience.
Krav
- University degree and at least 3 years of related experience, OR a minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing Finance Operations, Service Delivery teams, Shared Services or Global Business Services organizations.
- Proven experience leading teams of significant scale within transactional finance environments.
- Strong practical experience within Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, Collections, Cash Application, Sales Reconciliation or similar.
- Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end Finance processes, service performance management, operational controls, SLAs and KPIs.
- Demonstrated experience managing service delivery through outsourced service providers, BPO partners and delivery centers.
- Experience governing vendor performance through service reviews, contractual SLAs, KPI management, escalation handling and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership capabilities.
- Fluent English.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience working within a global and matrixed business environment.
- Ideal candidate is an experienced Finance Operations or Service Delivery leader with a strong background in O2C processes and outsourced service delivery.
- Successfully led large transactional finance teams, partnered with external providers and driven improvements in service quality, operational performance and customer experience in a multinational environment.
