Ansvarsområden

Partner with finance leads and business stakeholders to solve synergy-related challenges using financial analysis and modeling.
Support the identification and quantification of merger synergies by establishing robust financial baselines and assumptions.
Track synergy realization and P&L impact, ensuring transparency between operational delivery and financial outcomes.
Drive efficient and transparent synergy reporting, translating complex financial information into clear insights for senior management.
Support the broader synergy agenda through strong project management, bringing structure and momentum to cross-functional initiatives.

Krav

6+ years of relevant experience in finance or strategy (e.g., finance business partnering, strategic finance, consulting, corporate strategy).
Relevant university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate analysis into insights, recommendations, and actions.
Strategic mindset with the ability to build the bigger picture and develop a compelling narrative from complex information.
Solid project management skills and comfort in bringing structure and momentum to complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent communication skills, able to condense details into precise, executive-level messages.
Strong relationship building and sparring partnering skills, comfortable collaborating across functions and organizational levels.
