The Finance Operations Business Partnership (BP) team is looking for a Finance Manager to join the Middle East Retail BP team in Bengaluru, India. This role focuses on driving procure-to-pay and order-to-cash performance while ensuring compliance with e-invoicing and tax regulations. You will develop metrics, drive global reviews, and collaborate with various finance and operational groups in a global environment, requiring complex problem-solving and financial analysis skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Define key performance indicators, including operational, business, and compliance readiness metrics, and track delivery against global objectives.
  • Consolidate inputs and challenge assumptions on performance drivers and projections from stakeholders, including regulatory compliance impact assessments.
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships between Finance Operations, Service Centers, Tax, Legal, and Retail.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for improved cash flow, margin, or productivity related to vendor payments and receivables, aligning with compliance requirements.
  • Solve critical vendor, process, regulatory, and system escalations, ensuring root cause analysis and timely resolution.
  • Identify and quantify financial, operational, and regulatory compliance risks and opportunities.
  • Monitor evolving tax and e-invoicing regulations, assess process and systems impact, and drive timely implementation to maintain compliance.

Krav

  • 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
  • 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
  • 6+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
  • 6+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
  • 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
  • 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
  • 6+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field, or Advanced or master's degree in finance, economics, or mathematics, such as a CA, CMA, CWA, or MBA and 5+ years of controllership or compliance experience

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
  • 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
  • MBA, or CPA
  • Knowledge of SQL/ETL
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
