Accenture seeks a Finance ERP Consultant/Manager in Copenhagen to lead finance transformations, focusing on operating models and technology. You will work with CFOs across the Nordics and Netherlands on strategy, planning, reporting, data, and ERP systems, bringing AI into finance operations.

Ansvarsområden

  • Shape finance strategy, operating model, and organization design, followed by the technology to deliver them.
  • Redesign enterprise performance management, including planning, forecasting, profitability, and cost management.
  • Modernize management and statutory reporting, group consolidation, and the month-end close process.
  • Integrate data, analytics, and AI into finance functions to establish intelligent finance operations.
  • Streamline core transactional processes (R2R, O2C, P2P) using appropriate ERP solutions.
  • Enhance CFO-measured performance metrics: enterprise value, cost, working capital, and ESG reporting.
  • Lead workstreams and teams, drive change management, and contribute to business growth by shaping proposals and developing accounts.

Krav

  • Finance transformation delivery experience covering the entire function, from operating model to technology, on any major ERP.
  • Strong understanding of the full CFO agenda: strategy, operating model, EPM, reporting, data, AI, and transactional cycles (R2R, O2C, P2P).
  • Professional working English proficiency.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • A Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish or Norwegian) is a plus.
  • Data modelling, analytics, and visualization skills.
  • Exposure to AI or machine learning in finance.
  • A finance qualification, or a degree or equivalent practical experience.
