Ansvarsområden

Perform research and analysis as required.
Update financial systems with the latest data.
Work closely with global region teams for reviews, transition calls, and process documentation.
Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.

Krav

Master’s in finance from reputed B-school (MBA / M. Com) or Qualified CA/CMA.
2+ years of experience in Finance FP&A.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, Oracle, or related financial systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.
Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to review process and support team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and upskill with tools like Tableau, Power BI.
Flexible for early morning calls with global teams for reviews and transition.
