Qualcomm is looking for a Finance Analyst, Associate to support the Global Business and Finance Support team in Bangalore, India. This role involves financial reporting, budgeting, financial system updates, and analysis, requiring interaction with global teams and flexibility for early morning calls.

Ansvarsområden

Ensure accurate and timely deliverables of financial packages and reporting (transactional and analytics).
Assist with budgeting and monthly close processes.
Understand key business drivers.
Assist global teams with financial guidance.
Perform research and analysis as required.
Update financial systems with the latest data.
Collaborate with global region teams for reviews, transition calls, and process documentation.
Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.

Krav

Master’s in finance from a reputed B-school (MBA / M. Com) or Qualified CA/CMA.
2+ years of experience in Finance FP&A.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, Oracle, or related financial systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.
Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to review processes and support the team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and upskill with tools like Tableau, Power BI.
Flexibility for early morning calls for reviews and transition calls with global teams.
