This role supports financial planning, budgeting, Opex, and reporting activities, requiring proficiency in financial systems and analytical skills. Ansvarsområden
- Ensure accurate and timely deliverables of financial packages and reporting.
- Assist with budgeting and monthly close processes.
- Understand key business drivers.
- Assist global teams with financial guidance.
- Perform research and analysis as required.
- Update Financial system with the latest data.
- Work closely with global region teams for reviews, transition calls, and process documentation.
- Drive automation of finance processes via AI and other automations.
- Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
Krav
- Bachelor's in Commerce/Economics and/or MBA in Finance from a reputed B-school or Qualified CA/CMA.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Finance FP&A.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, Oracle, or related financial systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to review processes and support the team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and upskill with tools like Tableau, Power BI, AI etc.
- Flexible for late evening/early morning calls for reviews and transition calls on a regular basis with global teams.
