Amazon is hiring a FinOps Analyst for its Global Accounts Receivable team in Hyderabad. This role involves managing accounts receivable, resolving customer queries, and performing cash applications with a focus on accuracy and SLA adherence. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the O2C process, advanced Excel skills, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in cash application or collections.

Ansvarsområden

  • Perform day-to-day cash applications operations while maintaining SLAs.
  • Respond to customer queries via call and email.
  • Research unapplied payments and work with customers to identify root causes and resolve issues.
  • Provide process improvement ideas through JDI/Kaizen projects.
  • Perform complex reconciliations on customer payments.

Krav

  • Minimum 2 years experience in O2C domain, preferably cash application or collections.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements.
  • Willingness to work night shifts.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field, or CFA with 3+ years of Accounts Receivable (AR) experience.
  • Experience in performing complex reconciliations on customer payments.
  • Experience in researching unapplied payments and coordinating with customers.
  • Min 2 years of experience in understanding the O2C process, specifically the cash application process.
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, engineering, statistics, computer science, business administration or a related field, or experience working for Amazon or any Amazon subsidiary or affiliate (preferred).
