We are seeking a FinOps Analyst with experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and invoice management systems. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce, 1+ years of experience in invoice processing, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ansvarsområden

  • Matching invoices from the ERP system.
  • Maintain accuracy levels above 98%.
  • Meet productivity targets.
  • Vendor Statement preparation.
  • Credits and Returns research.
  • Payment holds research processing.
  • Quality check for invoices matched.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com).
  • Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 1+ years of experience with invoice processing, accounts payable, or general accounting functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • M.com/MBA.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Financials, SAP, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies or process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in a shared services or high-volume finance environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and surface discrepancies.
