We are seeking a FinOps Analyst with experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and invoice management systems. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting, 1+ years of AP experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred qualifications include MBA, ERP system knowledge, and experience in financial services.

Ansvarsområden

  • Matching invoices from the ERP system.
  • Maintaining accuracy levels above 98%.
  • Meeting productivity targets.
  • Preparing vendor statements.
  • Researching credits and returns.
  • Processing payment holds research.
  • Performing quality checks for matched invoices.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
  • 1+ years of Accounts Payable (AP) experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint)

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • MBA, or experience interacting with a broad set of businesses and presenting both over the phone and in person
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday), or equivalent experience in finance roles
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies
  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and surface discrepancies
