I korthet

As a Field Service Technician, you will provide expert repair and maintenance for specialty rental equipment at customer locations. This hybrid role requires electromechanical expertise and involves travel within your designated territory to ensure customer satisfaction and equipment uptime.

Ansvarsområden

  • Report directly to the Customer Support Manager.
  • Maintain fleet in the field.
  • Repair down equipment in the field and at customer locations.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territory.
  • Develop and optimize efficient processes and routines.
  • Improve measurable success to business targets.
  • Document all work performed daily by using company provided hardware and software.

Krav

  • 2 - 3+ years of experience as an industrial related field service mechanic.
  • Appropriate electromechanical degree or training.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, overhaul and repair of different industrial equipment including electrical, hydraulics and/or pneumatics.
  • Good command in English and a second language knowledge is a bonus.
  • High energy levels.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in industrial environments including extremes in temperature with walking, standing, reaching, bending, and kneeling.
