Provide expert repair services for technology solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. Responsibilities include maintaining fleet, repairing equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and documenting work. Requires 2-3+ years of experience as an industrial field service mechanic with electromechanical degree/training.

Ansvarsområden

  • Report directly to the Customer Support Manager.
  • Maintain fleet in the field.
  • Repair down equipment in the field and at customer locations.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territory.
  • Develop and optimize efficient processes and routines.
  • Improve measurable success to business targets.
  • Document all work performed daily by using company provided hardware and software.

Krav

  • 2 - 3+ years of experience as an industrial related field service mechanic.
  • Appropriate electromechanical degree or training.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, overhaul and repair of different industrial equipment including electrical, hydraulics and/or pneumatics.
  • Good command in English.
  • High energy levels.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in industrial environments including extremes in temperature with walking, standing, reaching, bending, and kneeling.
