BeaconMedaes is looking for a skilled Field Service Technician in the Greater Los Angeles area to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on medical gas equipment. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, excellent customer service, and relevant certifications. Ansvarsområden

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs on Medical Gas Products.
  • Conduct diagnostics on malfunctioning products and perform necessary repairs.
  • Test and document equipment operating parameters before and after service.
  • Provide walk-through evaluations and basic system assessments.
  • Respond to customer needs and work to satisfy customer expectations.
  • Train and assist other Service Technicians as requested.
  • Provide technical support to other departments and personnel.
  • Promote and practice proper safety procedures and correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain a professional image and the company vehicle.
  • Properly store and manage inventory levels for accurate and efficient repairs.
  • Complete Job Reports daily, Time Sheets weekly, and Expense Reports monthly.

Krav

  • 8+ years of technical field service experience maintaining and repairing equipment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, overhaul, and repair of compressed air or vacuum equipment.
  • Exceptional mechanical and electrical skills.
  • Must have ASSE 6040 or ASSE 6030 credentials.
  • Must have ASSE 6010 or ASSE 6020 credentials.
  • Associate degree or equivalent.
  • Technical training in mechanical and/or electrical, or equivalent experience.
  • Must be comfortable using a computer.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Expert understanding of mechanical and electrical components.
  • Customer focused.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel on short notice may be required.
