Manage a team of service engineers to maintain operational capability and meet customer and business needs. Responsibilities include fostering a QHSE culture, developing team capabilities, managing resources, driving efficiency improvements, and implementing KPIs. Requires an engineering degree and significant management experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead a team of service engineers to maintain operational capability.
  • Ensure a strong QHSE culture within the Field Service organization.
  • Manage and develop capabilities to support overall Service strategies.
  • Identify training needs and track FSE competence improvement.
  • Ensure availability of resources and manpower.
  • Manage FSE utilization and P3F results.
  • Support proactive service sales through lead generation.
  • Ensure jobs are executed according to customer relationships.
  • Lead the team remotely, providing direction and ensuring performance.
  • Implement continuous efficiency improvements using innovative processes and technologies.
  • Lead change management to adapt to new market demands.
  • Implement and follow up on relevant KPIs.

Krav

  • Fluent in English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
  • Degree in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • >3 years of experience in a Management role with service experience.
  • Experience with improvement tools (e.g., 5S).
  • Project work experience.
