I korthet

Edwards is seeking a Field Service Team Leader in Taichung, Taiwan to manage an onsite team, ensure adherence to operating practices, and build strong customer relationships. The role requires a good understanding of engineering drawings, electro-mechanical systems, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead onsite team for daily operations.
  • Carry out tasks in conjunction with Edwards Best Operating Practice.
  • Cooperate with internal functional teams.
  • Build customer relationships and work closely with customers on-site.
  • Understand customer requests and feedback for the Service Manager.
  • Provide regular reports and status updates.
  • Actively participate in improving health, safety, and loss control management systems.
  • Provide feedback on safety issues affecting the workplace or Edwards’ equipment.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.

Krav

  • Experience in field service activities.
  • Familiarity with product knowledge.
  • Experience working with computers, including Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of engineering drawings (electrical and mechanical) and schematic layouts.
  • Experience in electro-mechanical assembly and fitting, electrical/PLC controls, and electronics.
  • Soft skills for team leading and communication.
  • Inter-personal and communication skills to build sound customer relationships.
  • Good understanding in a relevant engineering discipline.

  • Good command of both written and spoken English is an advantage.
