Atlas Copco is seeking a Field Service Engineer/Technician in Bangalore, India, to provide professional engineering and support services. Responsibilities include daily service tasks, diagnosing and repairing power tools, performing calibration and maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ansvarsområden
- Carry out day-to-day service jobs assigned at Workshop and calibration lab.
- Diagnose problematic and inefficient performance of Atlas Copco power tools and rectify performance.
- Identify and source spare parts and consumables required for tool repair.
- Carry out calibration, testing, and certification of Atlas Copco power tool products according to standard procedures.
- Determine and undertake all necessary preventative maintenance on all power tool products.
- Generate technical reports on service.
- Carry out pre-delivery testing and inspection of tools prior to delivery/site installation.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as required.
- Incorporate flexible attitude to working out of normal hours as and when required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by closely working with all levels of customer.
Krav
- BE in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in MTB or Maintenance
- Good written and spoken English communication skills
