As a Field Service Engineer, you will provide expert repair services for technology solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. Your role involves inspecting, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing technical systems, with a focus on mechanical and electrical aspects. The position requires a technical education in engineering and 2-3 years of experience in industrial equipment service.

Ansvarsområden

Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems.
Diagnose issues to prevent equipment downtime.
Perform installations and ensure safety compliance.
Document all activities.
Serve as the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

Krav

2-3 years of experience in technical service for industrial equipment, preferably compressors and/or vacuum pumps.
Strong product knowledge and solid understanding of mechanical and electrical techniques.
Technical skills in one or more areas: mechanical, electrical, and automation principles.
Structured and analytical thinking to solve problems effectively.
Experience resolving technical issues of mechanical and electrical nature.
Exceptional communication abilities.
Proactive ownership of tasks.
Native speaker of the local language with basic English.
Intermediate PC / IT skills.
