- Provide comprehensive professional service reports and propose technical improvements.
- Propose parts & service proposals, maintenance/repair plans, and purchase plans for customers/dealers.
- Provide daily support to customers/dealers to resolve field technical problems.
Krav
- College degree or above, majored in technical/mechanical/electrical engineering or related field.
- More than 2 years of experience in technical service, particularly with construction equipment (excavators, portable compressors), engines, trucks, generators, or water pumps.
- General English skills (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
