As a Field Service Engineer (Marine), you will provide expert repair services for marine technology solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. This hybrid role involves on-site work on ships and offshore platforms, requiring strong technical skills and reporting capabilities.

Ansvarsområden

  • Perform field work on board ships, offshore platforms, or onshore sites.
  • Liaise with operations teams and technical engineers for support needs.
  • Generate service reports and discuss work performed with customers.
  • Provide feedback on site and equipment conditions for service recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with marine certificate requirements.
  • Support internal sales with RFQ matters and part number sourcing.
  • Coordinate with customers for job scope, tools, transportation, and scheduling.
  • Liaise with yard contacts for entry requirements and formalities for jobs in port.

Krav

  • Diploma in Marine Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on working experience in the Marine environment.
  • Preferable with good knowledge in air compressor.
  • Able to write technical reports relating to work activities and technical investigation.
  • Well versed in Electrical / Instrumentation / PLC / Mechanical system working principles.
  • Comfortable and confident in using standard IT applications and quick to adopt new digital tools.
