Ansvarsområden
- Provide installation and commissioning service for customers when compressor equipment is delivered.
- Provide compressor operation training to customers after commissioning on-site.
- Perform day-to-day service operations and activities for compressor/expander.
- Repair and maintain equipment and deal with service cases on site.
- Contact customers to identify difficult problems and provide total solutions.
- Initiate technical advice to customers to minimize equipment downtime.
- Provide reports to Service Supervisors summarizing technical issues, customer concerns, and potential requirements for aftermarket products.
- Provide remote support to customers.
- Interact with sales team to provide efficient after-sales service.
- Keep relationship with technical team to give feedback about product’s quality issues on site.
- Find business opportunities during working.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
Krav
- College graduated or above, majored in Mechanical Engineer or equivalent.
- More than 1 year's experience in compressor equipment service or related equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and customer oriented.
- Willing to travel.
