Ansvarsområden
- Carry out service, maintenance, and repair work on electrical and mechanical equipment
- Work safely in line with company policies and customer site requirements
- Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and colleagues throughout projects
- Coordinate service visits with the wider service team
- Participate in the on-call rota alongside fellow engineers
- Provide technical support, guidance, and advice to customers
- Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Keep up to date with product developments, technical knowledge, and industry best practice
- Support and mentor junior engineers and apprentices where appropriate
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships
- Ensure work areas, tools, and company vehicles are kept clean, tidy, and safe
Krav
- Level 3 qualification, apprenticeship, or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline
- Full UK driving licence
- Enthusiastic and proactive
- Organised with good attention to detail
- A strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
- A collaborative team player
- A practical problem solver who takes pride in their work
