Atlas Copco is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical systems at customer sites in the UK. This full-time, on-site role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a relevant engineering qualification.

Ansvarsområden

  • Carry out service, maintenance, and repair work on electrical and mechanical equipment
  • Work safely in line with company policies and customer site requirements
  • Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and colleagues throughout projects
  • Coordinate service visits with the wider service team
  • Participate in the on-call rota alongside fellow engineers
  • Provide technical support, guidance, and advice to customers
  • Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly
  • Keep up to date with product developments, technical knowledge, and industry best practice
  • Support and mentor junior engineers and apprentices where appropriate
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships
  • Ensure work areas, tools, and company vehicles are kept clean, tidy, and safe

Krav

  • Level 3 qualification, apprenticeship, or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Enthusiastic and proactive
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • A strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
  • A collaborative team player
  • A practical problem solver who takes pride in their work
