Edwards is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Taichung, Taiwan to perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of their products. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong customer focus, and technical problem-solving skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Edwards products.
  • Provide on-site technical support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose equipment issues and resolve or escalate them within agreed timelines.
  • Follow all safety, health, quality, and company procedures.
  • Prepare service reports and provide accurate feedback to management and technical teams.
  • Use company systems to manage service notifications, work orders, and related documentation.
  • Participate in on-call support and respond to customer emergencies as required.
  • Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
  • Comply with customer site regulations and company policies.
  • Complete assigned administrative tasks, training, and other duties as directed by management.

  • Ability to share knowledge and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Basic written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Proficient in using computer systems for reporting and documentation.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronics, or a related field.
