Ansvarsområden
- Perform installation, commissioning, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and field support at TSMC.
- Accurately understand customer requests and communicate them to the Field Service Team Leader.
- Work effectively both independently and within a team, demonstrating self-motivation, discipline, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Respond promptly to after-hours calls, ensuring a maximum response time of two hours.
Krav
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Good engineering knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude under pressure.
- Fast learner and proactive.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Field service experience is a plus.
- Experience with electro-mechanical assembly and electrical/PLC controls is a plus.
