Alfa Laval seeks a Field Sales Engineer for its Energy division, based in Monza, Italy, to focus on Gasket Plate Heat Exchange (GPHE) and Welded Heat Exchange (WHE) products. The role involves developing sales, promoting technological solutions, identifying customer needs, and supporting sales partners with 50% travel within Italy.

Ansvarsområden

  • Designing, promoting, developing, and securing penetration of technological sales and solutions for GPHE & WHE products.
  • Identifying technical solutions for ED Process for various customer segments including System Builders, Contractors, OEMs, and End-users.
  • Promoting, selling, and securing delivery of the GPHE & WHE portfolio.
  • Driving sales activity by visiting customers and partners, promoting technical/engineering/optimized solutions.
  • Supporting, coaching, and developing the sales partner organization (Distributors and Agents).

Krav

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering.
  • 3-5 years of previous work experience in sales engineering components and solutions.
  • Background of sales in “Mechanical or Thermal Equipment”.
  • Good English language competency, verbal and written.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft® Windows environments and Office package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • B driving license.
