I korthet

As a Field Quality Engineer in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico, you will act as the liaison between the Quality organization and the Market, analyzing consumer feedback and initiating improvements to enhance product quality and consumer experience. This permanent, full-time role involves supporting new product development and ensuring adherence to quality management systems.

Ansvarsområden

  • Collect and analyze consumer feedback from quality reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with the Sales organization to address market-specific problems and initiate improvements.
  • Monitor and approve closure of actions for quality issues.
  • Analyze safety risk data and initiate immediate corrective actions.
  • Lead factory quality reporting for assigned areas.
  • Manage the return and analysis of defect components and appliances.
  • Support field testing of appliances.
  • Deploy quality improvement tools like FMEA, 8D, and QFD.
  • Identify and deploy best practices with other departments.
  • Apply EMS, ISO9001/14001/50001, Green Spirit, and Zero Waste Landfill requirements.

Krav

  • University degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Fluent English and good local language skills.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience within Quality.
  • Strong analytical skills and logical thinking.
  • Problem-solving approach.
  • Team player mentality with ability to work independently.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Cost-conscious mind-set.
  • Curiosity and desire for continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel in Europe.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Understanding of the manufacturing process is a plus.
  • Good practical understanding of product development is a plus.
  • Knowledge of components and product functionality, including potential defects, is a plus.
