Electrolux Group is seeking a Field Quality Engineer in Shunde, China, to act as the Voice of the Consumer within the Quality organization. This role involves analyzing consumer feedback, initiating improvement activities, and collaborating with various departments to enhance product quality and consumer experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Collect and analyze consumer feedback from company quality reporting systems.
  • Cooperate with Sales and Service organizations to analyze market-specific problems and initiate improvements.
  • Enable data-driven root cause analysis and track the closure of corrective actions.
  • Report early quality and safety warnings or potential quality disruption events.
  • Lead quality reporting for assigned areas.
  • Manage the return of defective components and appliances, organize analysis, and initiate improvement activities.
  • Execute field test activities and integrate consumer feedback into the quality improvement plan.
  • Support New Product Development by providing data and insights for quality target setting and requirement collection.
  • Deploy quality improvement tools in market service organizations.
  • Support the Consumer Service organization with training and troubleshooting for service technicians.
  • Identify and deploy best practice solutions with other departments into the PL Quality plan.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Technical diploma with strong quality experience or a technical university degree.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes (plus).
  • Good practical understanding of product development (plus).
  • Knowledge of components and product functionality, including potential defects (plus).
  • Fluent English and good local language skills.
