I korthet

We are seeking a Field Project Engineer in Al Khobar to manage and coordinate customer projects across the Middle East, ensuring profitability and adherence to specifications. This role involves client interaction, site supervision, and managing resources and subcontractors.

Ansvarsområden

  • Prepare project-specific estimations by obtaining quotations, negotiating pricing, and developing proposals.
  • Support and manage customer projects across the Middle East region through interaction and site visits.
  • Coordinate with service execution teams, subcontractors, customer teams, and sales departments.
  • Participate in customer meetings and project discussions.
  • Monitor project progress and performance against plans while controlling costs.
  • Identify, organize, and manage resources required for project completion.
  • Select, coordinate, and manage subcontractors.
  • Supervise on-site activities and participate in project execution, commissioning, and start-up.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • 4 to 8 years of experience.
  • Experience in project engineering, field execution, commissioning, or industrial projects.
  • Strong technical, commercial, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong exposure and knowledge of Safety Standards.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Proficient in Italian language.
  • Experience working with customers and contractors across the Middle East region is an advantage.
