I korthet

As a Field Project Engineer at Alfa Laval, you will manage customer projects in the Middle East, focusing on lifecycle service growth through spare parts, upgrades, and technical solutions. This role requires strong technical, commercial, and negotiation skills, with a willingness to travel and work on-site.

Ansvarsområden

  • Prepare project-specific estimations, obtaining quotations and negotiating pricing.
  • Manage customer projects across the Middle East region through regular interaction and site visits.
  • Coordinate with service execution teams, subcontractors, customer teams, and sales departments.
  • Participate in customer meetings and project discussions.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, controlling costs.
  • Identify, organize, and manage resources for efficient project completion.
  • Select, coordinate, and manage subcontractors.
  • Supervise on-site activities, participate in project execution, commissioning, and start-up.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Krav

  • 4 to 8 years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • Experience in project engineering, field execution, commissioning, or industrial projects.
  • Strong technical, commercial, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Italian language is preferred.
  • Strong exposure and knowledge of Safety Standards.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
