Amazon FBA is seeking an Operations Lead to investigate key processes and defects, drive data analysis, and support merchant and customer experience. This role involves leading investigations, analyzing data sets to define problems, creating SOPs, and reporting metrics. The position is based in Bengaluru, India.

Ansvarsområden

Lead investigation and root cause resolution for high impact FBA Merchant and Customer Issues, and key programs.
Analyze huge data sets to arrive at specific problem statements around seller experience/program related issues.
Create and implement SOPs for execution on weekly basis to solve for critical seller experience problems.
Work to submit product ideas to drive SOPs at scale.
Report metrics related to the program and draw insights on key patterns/ problems.

Krav

1+ years of data-driven business operations processes experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Experience with Excel.
Strong business communication skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Office.
Deep dive, troubleshooting and innovation skills.
Strong catalog knowledge.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers.
