The Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) team is looking for an Investigation Specialist in Bengaluru, India, to investigate key processes and defects, analyze data, and support merchant and customer experiences. This role involves leading investigations, root cause analysis, creating SOPs, and reporting on program metrics.
Ansvarsområden
- Lead investigation and root cause resolution for high impact FBA Merchant and Customer Issues, and key programs
- Analyze huge data sets to arrive at specific problem statements around seller experience/program related issues
- Create and implement SOPs for execution on weekly basis to solve for critical seller experience problems
- Work to submit product ideas to drive SOPs at scale
- Report metrics related to the program and draw insights on key patterns/ problems
Krav
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Strong business communication skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Deep dive, troubleshooting and innovation
- Strong catalog knowledge
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers
