As a Factory Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, output, and development of the factory, ensuring the safety of people, processes, and products. This role involves implementing policies, driving continuous improvement, and managing supply chain processes.

Ansvarsområden

Secure overall performance, output and development of the factory.
Secure safety of the people, processes and manufactured/delivered products (quality, delivery, cost).
Decide and implement the Vital Few for the factory.
Implement policies, standards, values and culture.
Secure result of continuous improvement activities.
Implement and maintain supply chain processes.
Initiate supplier development activities together with central support functions.
Coordinate new product development.
Lead and develop the Site.
Co-ordinate site shared functions, such as HR, Finance, Real estate etc.
Responsible for common site activities.
Being the local Alfa Laval representative and contact person.
Union contacts.

Krav

Factory deliveries are above 117 MEUR.
Number of employees above 200.
