IKEA is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager for its Distribution Centre in Marsden Park, NSW. This role involves leading a diverse team, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with Real Estate Long-Term Plan and FM frameworks, and driving sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate is a people leader with strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience in complex operational environments.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead and develop a diverse team through coaching, mentoring, and inclusive leadership.
  • Build trusted stakeholder relationships and collaborate across the business.
  • Lead the delivery of the Real Estate Long-Term Plan (RELTP) and FM budget.
  • Secure property lifecycle activities such as maintenance, compliance, and asset performance.
  • Manage supplier performance, contracts, tenders, and service delivery standards.
  • Provide FM expertise and leadership across CAPEX projects.
  • Enable improvements in operational and environmental performance (energy, water, waste).
  • Respond to critical incidents and manage after-hours escalation.
  • Champion innovative property management solutions and digital tools.
  • Support wider Real Estate initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Krav

  • Significant experience leading and developing diverse teams with a focus on inclusion, engagement, and wellbeing.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • FM experience in a high-volume distribution, logistics, industrial, manufacturing, retail, or similarly complex environment.
  • Experience managing external service providers, supplier relations, and contracts.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including budget management and performance reporting.
  • Experience driving sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional work outside standard hours and potential Saturday availability.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience with warehouse automation systems or automated operational environments is valued.
  • Experience with digital FM tools and systems; Plan-on, SAP, or similar ERP platforms is beneficial.

Förmåner

  • Permanent Full-Time contract
  • 76 hours per/fortnight
