RF360 Singapore Pte., Ltd. is hiring a Senior/Staff Facilities Maintenance Technician. The role involves monitoring facility systems, performing maintenance tasks, troubleshooting emergencies, and supervising contractors to ensure compliance with company standards and EHS requirements.

Ansvarsområden

  • Monitor and record daily operating parameters of facilities systems, verifying against control limits.
  • Complete assigned maintenance activities (PM, CM, EM) and maintain documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and restore systems to normal operation during emergency situations.
  • Supervise and monitor maintenance service contractors.
  • Maintain equipment and shop floor cleanliness.
  • Support chemical store management and centrifuge maintenance.
  • Provide work order support.

Krav

  • Higher Nitec / Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity and related field.
  • Basic understanding of Electrical, ACMV, Cleanroom, Water System, Gas System, Fire Protection, Domestic Water System, Building Maintenance.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
