Electrolux Group seeks a Fabrication Manager for the 2nd shift in Springfield, TN, to oversee cavity fabrication, enameling, silkscreen, and gluing areas. This role focuses on production, scheduling, quality, and people management, applying lean manufacturing principles.

Ansvarsområden

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety performance.
  • Reduce operational waste, including scrap, rework, and downtime.
  • Lead departmental continuous improvement projects.
  • Improve first-pass yield and quality of finished components.
  • Increase productivity and operational effectiveness.
  • Reduce consumption of environmental resources.
  • Partner with supervisors and hourly team members to foster continuous learning and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with Electrolux Manufacturing System (EMS) and ISO 9000/14000 requirements.
  • Provide site-wide support for special projects, focusing on data management and analysis.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement engineering changes.
  • Collaborate with Production and Purchasing teams to manage materials.
  • Maintain clear communication with engineering stakeholders.
  • Coordinate inventory rotation strategies to minimize scrap and obsolescence.

Krav

  • A bachelor's degree plus minimum 5 years relevant experience OR a minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working within a Six Sigma and/or other structured quality or lean manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated success in driving productivity improvements and implementing waste reduction initiatives.
  • Proven ability to achieve long-term business objectives and lead projects that drive organizational change.
