Emerson has an exciting opportunity for an Export Coordinator in Marshalltown, IA. This role is responsible for managing international shipments from North American locations and coordinating with various internal and external teams. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in computer systems.

Ansvarsområden

Coordinate timely shipment of projects with Project Management, Sales, and International Sales teams.
Manage orders through various web-based tools.
Provide support for international offices, contacts, and representatives.
Correspond with external organizations such as customs agents, freight forwarders/agents, and carriers.
Obtain necessary information on incomplete or revised shipping requirements.
Obtain quotes for freight and containerization.
Complete advanced shipping documentation, including customer-specific forms.
Ensure correct completion and retrieval of all documents in accordance with record-keeping requirements.
Ensure compliance with international laws, regulations, and procedures.
Actively engage Freight Forwarding agents and carriers in arranging customer pickups.

Krav

2-year degree or experience in Trade Compliance, Logistics, or related field.
Attention to Detail.
Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and email.
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced team environment.

Önskade kvalifikationer

4-year degree.
Knowledge of Oracle Systems is a plus.
