Nordea is seeking an experienced AI & Analytics Engineer in Gdańsk, Poland, to build advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions using technologies like Microsoft Fabric, Copilot Studio, and Snowflake. This full-time hybrid role involves designing dashboards, AI agents, and decision intelligence solutions to improve operational decision-making and service reliability.

Ansvarsområden

  • Build AI and business intelligence analytics solutions (including Agentic & Generative AI) using Microsoft Fabric, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Snowflake, and Power Platform.
  • Design and develop dashboards, AI agents, and decision intelligence solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights for business and technology stakeholders.
  • Improve IT operational performance, transparency, and data-driven decision-making by analyzing and modeling data to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Nordea to drive strategic technology initiatives and contribute to the future of analytics and AI.
  • Enhance, optimize, and troubleshoot existing analytics, reporting, and AI solutions to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance in an Agile (SAFe) environment.

Krav

  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric.
  • Proficiency in SQL (preferably T-SQL), data modeling, and DAX.
  • Experience working with data platforms such as MS SQL Server, Snowflake, Dataverse, or similar.
  • Experience building or contributing to AI-enabled solutions, for example using Copilot Studio, Snowflake Cortex, or similar AI platforms.
  • Experience designing analytical products, dashboards, reports, and decision-support solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, preferably Scrum or SAFe.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, at minimum C1 level.
  • A Master's degree in Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Hold a Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification, such as PL-300, or higher.
