Arla Foods is seeking an experienced Production IT (OT) Specialist in Sweden to enhance Production Information Security across their supply chain. This role involves supporting and improving OT systems, driving IT security patching, NIS2 compliance, and incident response. The position requires 5+ years of experience, knowledge of NIS2 and IEC 62443-3, and strong communication skills, with a hybrid work setup and approximately 50% travel.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support and improve Production IT systems and security across dairy sites.
  • Drive IT security patching and maintenance plans, NIS2 requirements, and related actions.
  • Lead IT security incident response and standardization activities.
  • Utilize domain knowledge of OT infrastructure, networks, servers, and client systems.
  • Coordinate with different departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support implementation of standards and security requirements.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery strategies and business continuity plans.

Krav

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience within Production IT Infrastructure and Security.
  • Experience with server configuration, firewalls, server backup and redundancy solutions, or FMCG OT production environments.
  • Knowledge of NIS2 and IEC 62443-3.
  • Experience in assessing risks and developing business continuity plans.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • A valid driving license.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including Microsoft Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge and experience with relevant hardware, systems, applications and standards, including ESX, VMware/vSphere, Veeam, Palo Alto/Panorama, Siemens, Windows Defender, Active Directory, Vendor Access Management, network segmentation, VLANs, routing, IP mapping, managed switches, Cisco, Mellanox, and Siemens.
