- Own components’ full lifecycle: from CAD to SOP, ensuring cost-efficiency, quality compliance, and performance alignment with global machine standards.
- Lead cross-border collaboration (in English) to resolve field issues and implement design upgrades.
Krav
- Mechanical engineer with 5+ years’ hands-on experience in heavy machinery structural design, specializing in loaders/excavators undercarriages, linkages, frames, attachment.
- Deep expertise in welding processes (arc, MIG, laser) and large structural component design (steel fabrication, fatigue analysis).
- Fluent in DFMEA, and cost-driven optimization for steel/CFRP components.
- Global collaborator: English fluency to liaise with EU/South-Korea engineering teams on design reviews and root-cause analysis.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Proven track record in high-voltage system integration is a strong plus.
- Prior Mechanical Environment Evaluation (MEE) projects (vibration/shock testing , FEA-based modal analysis) are highly preferred.
