Ansvarsområden
- Develop hydraulic systems and components to meet product requirements, ensuring QDCF throughout development phases.
- Continuously optimize performance, safety, efficiency, and lifespan of hydraulic systems in machines.
- Participate in development projects, meeting targets for time and cost.
- Develop technical specifications for hydraulic components and perform hydraulic system layout and installation design.
- Conduct power matching and machine performance calculations/evaluations.
- Collaborate with purchasing for new component development and manage product quality/reliability improvement projects.
- Support testing activities and develop technical solutions for PM issues.
- Engage in close cooperation with other departments, suppliers, and internal production.
Krav
- MS in Hydraulic drive and control, Electro-hydraulic control, Mechatronics, or Hydraulic and Pneumatic.
- Experience in product and system development.
- Proficiency in hydraulic technology, including system and component development, and hydraulic electrification/digitalization.
- Experience with designer tools (3D/2D design and PDM system).
- Knowledge of performance calculation and simulation.
- Familiarity with quality tools and methods, competitive intelligence, and product development processes.
- Excellent English skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to plan, take own initiatives, and work independently as well as a team member.
