Ericsson is looking for a passionate RF TRX Design Engineer to join their team in Chengdu, China. The role involves contributing to the development of radio frequency transceiver solutions by analyzing requirements, supporting hardware design, simulation, testing, and optimization. This is an entry-level position requiring a Master's degree or above in a related field.

Ansvarsområden

  • Analyze RF project requirements and translate them into design objectives.
  • Support RF hardware circuit design, including specification breakdown, frequency planning, link budget analysis, and component selection.
  • Create schematic designs, prepare Bill of Materials, and support PCB layout activities.
  • Perform board-level simulations, including isolation, input/output matching, line loss, and cavity resonance analysis.
  • Conduct component-level and link-level testing, analyze results, and optimize designs.
  • Prepare design and evaluation documentation.
  • Troubleshoot design issues and collaborate with team members to ensure functionality and product quality.

Krav

  • Master’s degree or above in Microwave Engineering, Electromagnetic Field and Wireless Technology, Electronic Information Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Basic understanding of RF circuit design principles, design flow, and wireless communication systems.
  • Familiarity with RF simulation tools, test equipment, and commonly used RF components (e.g., power amplifiers, mixers, filters).
  • Good analytical thinking, learning agility, and problem-solving capability.
  • Strong collaboration mindset and clear written and verbal communication skills.
