Ansvarsområden

  • Partner with executives to define talent strategy, role positioning, and hiring approach.
  • Lead complex, global executive searches from intake to offer and onboarding.
  • Leverage data, AI, and market intelligence to build high-impact pipelines.
  • Deliver rigorous, insight-driven candidate assessments and guide hiring decisions.
  • Act as a credible advisor, influencing and constructively challenging senior stakeholders.
  • Own offer strategy, negotiation, and closing, ensuring a premium candidate experience.
  • Drive inclusive hiring practices and strengthen Ericsson’s diverse leadership pipeline.
