Lead the creation and execution of product strategies for established process nodes within Synopsys' EDA solutions, focusing on the evolving 3D and Chiplet market. Build and manage a high-performing team of technical product managers to drive adoption and define product requirements, while collaborating across various departments and influencing key industry leaders.
Ansvarsområden
- Create and execute strategies for established process node designs, aligning with advanced process node offerings and business objectives.
- Establish and manage a team to develop requirements and technical collateral for established nodes, driving product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with R&D, Technical Sales, and Ecosystem teams to educate sales and marketing on market demands and ecosystem needs.
- Engage with leading customers to integrate new Synopsys ICV solutions into their design flows.
- Drive collaborative initiatives with partners for innovative solutions and product integrations.
- Partner with marketing to define joint marketing programs for derivative solutions.
- Cultivate trust-based relationships across all Synopsys organizations to strengthen collaboration and facilitate problem resolution.
- Serve as an advisor/consultant on the development of required Process Design Kits.
- Act as a skilled negotiator and influencer for key established node partner activities, aligning with strategic goals.
Krav
- 25+ years of relevant EDA/semiconductor product management and marketing experience.
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering and/or Device Physics required.
- Deep expertise in Semiconductor ecosystem, Foundry, EDA PDK development, and associated relationships.
- Proven ability to create and grow a product management team supporting global product teams and customers.
- Well-known commodity within the semiconductor ecosystem with key companies’ relationships in established process nodes.
- Ability to influence and manage across all Synopsys organizations.
- Exceptional ability to drive and achieve results under time pressure.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly proficient in creating presentations for senior executive talks.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- PhD in your field desired.
- Expertise with the 3D and Chiplet market.
- Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, product management, and sales teams.
- Comfortable working as an individual contributor on special projects in addition to leading the team.
