Amazon Stores is looking for an Executive Assistant to support two Directors in Reliability and Maintenance Engineering. This role involves managing complex calendars, planning events, coordinating travel, and handling confidential information in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of senior-level leadership support experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ansvarsområden

  • Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning activities, calendars and the organization of events (such as staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, team morale-building)
  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on pending items
  • Work within a group of high-performing, fun, and collaborative EAs around the world in WW IT Ops & RME
  • Manage space for BLR and other possible India locations
  • Complete and file expense reports
  • Manage travel planning
  • Act as a liaison for leader’s direct reports
  • Organize team events within budget

Krav

  • 3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with executive level calendar management

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
  • Experience with end-to-end project management
  • Experience handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives
