I korthet

As an Exchange & Returns Co-worker at IKEA in Halifax, you will deliver excellent customer experiences by engaging with customers in a friendly and confident manner.   • Engage with customers in a friendly and confident manner to create a rewarding customer experience.
  • Contribute and achieve operational KPIs and goals to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Support colleagues and key stakeholders to continuously develop knowledge and skills within the area of customer experience.
  • Support relevant stakeholders to identify opportunities to ensure customers visit IKEA again.

Krav

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience.
