The Communication role based in Hosakote focuses on driving internal communications, developing digital content, and managing communication channels across global teams.
Ansvarsområden
- Help drive internal communications that keep employees informed, connected and engaged across a global set-up.
- Develop and manage key communication channels and content calendars, creating compelling digital content such as videos, intranet articles, graphics and social posts.
- Strengthen message clarity and consistency, gather feedback to improve communication effectiveness, and monitor channel performance.
- Build and maintain a communication network across teams in India, China, Singapore, Australia, South Korea, South Africa and Sweden, adapting communication to different cultures and local needs.
- Support day-to-day cross-functional operations, projects, events and activities.
- Handle selected administrative coordination for the Logistics International Leadership team, including meeting planning, minutes, event ownership and travel logistics.
Krav
- Bachelors/ Master’s degree in communications, digital marketing, business administration with 3 to 7 yrs of relevant experience.
- Strong digital competence and understanding of Social Media strategies.
- Highly effective in professional video creation.
- Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere pro.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Preferably experience from an international environment.
- Experience from A3 problem solving methodology & lean methods.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
